I
configured SniperSpy, now how do I deploy the
software remotely? The module can be deployed remotely a number of ways. SniperSpy Be detected by virus scanners?
Due to the increased demand for remote spying
products, anti-virus and anti-spyware software
label some of them as potentially unwanted programs.
Any time our software is known to be detected
we will work to ensure an update is released that
will eliminate the problem. However no refunds
will be given due to confliction from any third-party
programs. All anti-virus programs include a way
you can "EXCLUDE" or "Ignore".
We also include step-by-step instructions for
Norton, Mcafee, Spy Sweeper and more. |
|
| |
Why
do I get Internal Server Error at Login?
In versions previous to 3.0, this error
is the result of many logs pending for your account.
The server needs more time to fetch records. Simply
click refresh and let it keep going. Repeat until
it lets you in. |
|
| |
Why
are the keystrokes not recording?
If your logs are coming in but you are
receiving no keystroke recordings whatsoever,
then one of these two items is likely the cause.
1. The windows recording feature was not turned
on in your module. This is required to record
keystrokes.
2. The remote computer has an anti-virus that
took out the keystroke logging file. The only
option is to remove the anti-virus and redeploy
if you want to record keystrokes. You can replace
the anti-virus with Avast 4 Home Edition which
does not detect our files. http://www.sniperspy.com/avast4home.html |
|
| |
Why
are only some keystrokes being recorded?
The usual cause of only some keystrokes being
recorded is that non-ASCII characters are being
typed. For example accented characters are not
ASCII characters. When non-ASCII characters are
typed the entire entry will not be recorded. We
are working on adding this feature in the next
version of SniperSpy. In the meantime you could
view most of the keystrokes in your screenshots
logs. |
|
| |
Why
is my username and password not being accepted?
Be sure that you are typing your username and
password in EXACTLY as indicated when you setup
your account. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. |
