1. How do I order spy software online?
After you have decided which spy software product you want to purchase, go to the purchasing page. Follow the screens and enter the requested information to purchase online. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards for online purchases. We also accept PayPal payments by selecting PayPal as the payment method on order pages. After your order completes you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your software and instructions for installation/usage.

2. What charge will show on my card?
The charge for any software on our site will appear as "Plimus, Inc." which is our payment processing provider. This company handles thousands of various software orders every day for many different types of software companies.

3. How secure is the order process?
All order pages use the latest secured technology certified by Thawte and ScanAlert to ensure 100% secure and confidential buying. The order pages are tested daily and certified HACKER SAFE by ScanAlert. A logo will appear on each order page to ensure that it is secured.

4. Do you take orders by phone or mail?
Yes. To order a product by toll-free phone or mail, simply go to that product's order page. Fill out the customer information section on the second secure page so it will be in our system. At the bottom of this page there will be a field called "Payment Type:". In this field, select "Phone" or "Mail" and then click "Next". You will then be taken to a page that gives you a reference number and a toll-free phone number to call or address to send to. Your reference number is required for the order to take place!

5. What is your privacy policy?
It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. We also will not contact you in any way unless you request assistance.

6. Do you provide technical support?

7. Do you offer products on CD-ROM?
Yes. To order a product on CD-ROM, first go to that product's order page. Check the "Add CD-ROM" box to check the box. There is a minimal charge for the cd version. When you order a CD-ROM you will still be sent the instant download upon purchasing.

8. Do you provide software updates?
Yes. When you purchase any Retina-X Studios, LLC product, you will receive free minor software updates until the next major version is released, which typically happens once per year. At that time you can upgrade to a future version for a substantially reduced price.
