The most effective monitoring software is one
that is stable and bug free. We strive to make
our software run completely invisible to the
user and constantly keep a database of any bugs
so they can be corrected very quickly. This
shows in our products' quality as observed by
an actual customer below.
For the last seven years I have built hundreds
of custom computers, and installed all kinds
of software at the request of clients. Many
have inquired as to whether I had monitoring
software, and I have had to reply with a negative.
It is not due to the lack of such programs that
caused me to say no, it is more focused at what
the programs wouldn't do, or worse than that,
what they would do. Many are restricted to the
type of operating systems or machine specifications
(CPU/memory). A couple that I have tried have
caused 'system lock-ups' on some machines, and
not others. Even then, the programs did not
offer all that can be implemented by using 'Net
Spy Pro'.
Currently, I am running this program on a 300Mhz
PII laptop (main concern), a 2.2Ghz P4 laptop,
and a 2.0Ghz AMD based desktop under the 'Windows
XP Pro' platform. 'Net Spy Pro' has allowed
me to reduce the amount of worrying (about a
user) to zero. The behavior that could have
made a nasty statistic has ceased. It was an
effective way to demonstrate our ability to
control (the user's) pc from elsewhere. I gathered-up
all of the logs for a week (very embarrassing
content) and showed them to (the user). Keylogs
of ever changing passwords, screenshots of visited
pages, lists of applications used.

Excellent! Upon installation, I needed a file
and their support pointed me to an excellent
source for a free download with detailed installation
instructions that solved the problem all within
