We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated person to join our IT team. Your work will include technical research and testing to help you answer any type of emailed or live support question. You should have experience with Windows XP and Windows server platforms and excellent customer service skills. A university degree will be considered an asset and you should be able to work independently answering support requests and maintain smaller projects in downtime.
